19. Do you require long-term contracts?
No. Our services are offered on a month-to-month basis, with optional multi-month discounts available.
5. Do I need lab work before starting the weight loss program?
Yes. Before starting medications, we require recent lab work to ensure your safety and tailor the program to your individual health needs. If you don’t have recent labs, we can provide an order for you through our lab partners.
6. How do I receive my weight loss medication?
You have options:
Home delivery: Your medication is processed by a third-party compounding pharmacy and mailed directly to your address.
In-clinic administration: Patients can receive their weekly injections at our clinic if preferred.

8. Do I need a referral for pain management services?
No referral is necessary. You can schedule an appointment directly through our website by emailing or by calling our office.
9. Can you provide pain management injections at home?
Yes. For patients unable to visit our clinic, we offer in-home visits for therapeutic injections. Please contact our office to schedule a visit and check availability.
Primary Care Services
12. What primary care services do you offer?
We provide preventive care, chronic disease management, health screenings, vaccinations, and same-day sick visits. Initial primary care visits are conducted in-person, with follow-ups available virtually if appropriate.
13. Do I need lab work before starting treatment?
Generally, no. For primary care, mental health, hormone therapy, vitamin optimization, or infusion therapy, lab work is not required to start treatment. If labs are needed to guide or monitor care, we will provide an order, and you can go to any lab of your choice. Results will be sent directly to our clinic.
Hormone, Vitamin & Infusion Therapy
14. What is hormone replacement therapy (HRT)?
HRT helps restore balance when your body’s natural hormone levels change due to aging, menopause, or other conditions. We customize therapy for both men and women to improve energy, mood, sleep, and overall well-being.
15. Do you offer vitamin shots and IV infusions?

16. How do I receive my therapy?
